Lighting
The average amount of lit floorspace for all buildings is 79%, but three building types have light in at least 90% of the floorspace – food sales, health care, and education. We are able to set up automatic controls that turn lights on when needed and we are also able to tell you if they are on during the daytime when they are not needed. Our wireless light detection sensor detects the presence of light and returns a value of light or no-light to the system. Lighting controls are important because they can eliminate 60% of wasted lighting energy. Our systems provide flexible control over lighting, including reducing the amount of power or amount of time a lighting system is in use.
