We replace outdated HVAC and Building Control System. We added predictive diagnostic so the customer could receive alarms so they could react proactively instead reactively. Such as when the sewage pump runs for more then a predetermine time the system will send a note out advising them to look at it before it becomes a mess on the floor.
Not only did they 35% in energy cost, they no longer had a repair budget and since the system was automated what use to take 2 people staying very close to the facility which now takes one person and they are chasing cooling and heating issues.
We also added CO2 monitoring (breath and perspiration from people) to the auditorium. Days when there are only a couple of people its allows just enough outside fresh air then days if it is packed with people it allows more fresh air into the space. Not only is the system extremely efficient it also improves the indoor air quality.
