The Dorm Hall that had been remodeled was having lots of mold build up throughout the student’s rooms. After rounds and rounds of Mayville State meeting with the Architects, Engineers and Mechanical Contractor and was not getting any valid solutions they called RJ Energy Solutions. We identified immediately that they were not allowing enough fresh air into the space which in turn resulted in poor indoor air quality and mold.
We did a full campus assessment to help them lower their energy cost and to cut down on the continuous reactive service calls.
With the use of thermal imaging we identified every defective steam trap along with the steam valves. We calibrated and made repairs to the pneumatic control system.
The Old Main building had to hot and cold calls daily but after our assessment and made repairs. They would go for months without a service call
